Our Plan + Style package ranges from providing assistance in key aspects, to full planning and coordination so you can relax and have the ease of selecting your favourite things without the leg work.
This package is for couples who want to play an active role in the planning process, however, need assistance with key elements of their wedding day. Our team will assist couples with creating and executing a comprehensive design concept, securing the best vendors and providing on-the-day coordination.
This comprehensive service will leave you free to enjoy and savour the complete wedding day experience. Our full planning package removes all the pressure, making planning your wedding a pleasurable and enjoyable experience.

Inspiration & Organisation
Once you have shared your vision, we will begin bringing it to life with a design concept. Working alongside you both, we will create a wedding that is unique and memorable. We take care of every aspect, from finding your dream venue to sourcing the perfect stationery, all while ensuring your wedding is both magical and within your budget.

Creative Direction
The white+white creative team will design an event concept unique to you and your partner. The team will meet with you first to discuss what you like and your aim for the day, as well as coaching you through your wedding 'must-haves'. We will devise an event concept, sourcing venue options for your ceremony and reception, as well as colour and styling themes, furniture options, and unique experiences to add excitement and fun to your event, all whilst staying within your budget.

On the Day Support
The white+white team will be there on your wedding day to oversee the bump in and set-up of all your styling elements. The team will ensure your ceremony is set-up perfectly and that everything is in position, ready for your walk down the aisle. white+white will make the entire day flow seamlessly, from ceremony to reception. The team will also troubleshoot any issues or hiccups that may arise, so the day runs seamlessly so you can enjoy the day with your family and friends - and leave the details to us!
The Plan & Style Package Includes:
Unlimited email communication for all planning + styling questions and queries.
Referring quality vendors (photographer, florist, stationery, styling, entertainment).
Working closely with you to create a bespoke ceremony and reception styling concept, including comprehensive styling proposals, booking and meeting with styling vendors (florist, lighting, furniture, staging, etc.) to achieve your styling vision, sourcing styling items and on-the-day set up of all styling elements.
On-the-day wedding coordination so you can relax and enjoy the special moments of your wedding day!

Let us find your dream ceremony + reception location. We will book and attend your site visits and provide insightful venue advice so you make the right decision.
